Founded in 2014, FabDoctor has been focusd in developing and improving flexible heaters for meeting semiconductor manufacturing requirements. These include:
- Use etch foils as the heating element, improved the repeatibility and temperature uniformity, and avoided the local hot spot near the heating element for most of wire-wounded heaters
- Extend the service life of silicone heaters by removing the stress, and improving the foaming chemistry
- Reduce the siloxane outgassing for silicone heaters over an order of magnitude, make these heaters suitable for clean room applications (around the process tools)
- Developed several temeprature controllers to meet different customer requirements.
- Improved gas line heater significantly
